Boards of Experts
The certification schemes are established under the responsibility of the SMK Boards of Experts. They determine objective criteria for more sustainable production and business operations. A Board consists of expert representatives from interested organizations and science so that various perspectives are considered in the development and updating of the requirements of the certification schemes.
Who is on the Boards?
The Boards of Experts include experts on behalf of interested parties such as government, producers, industry associations, civil society organizations, retailers, consultancies, science and supply chain parties.
