Board of Experts Animal Products
The Board of Experts for Animal Products focuses on the establishment and changes of criteria for the animal products of SMK’s various quality labels and certificates.
What does the Board of Experts do?
The certification schemes are established under the responsibility of the SMK Board of Experts. This Board consists of representatives of stakeholders, government, and science from animal sectors. They are responsible for the development and updating of the criteria from the certification schemes. The Board ultimately determines the objective criteria for more sustainable production and business operations.
