Complaint Committee
SMK has a complaint regulation that gives the possibility to ask for an assessment by an independent Complaint Committee. If parties cannot find each other amicably, an external Complaint Committee is immediately set to work, giving parties the opportunity to be properly heard. The regulations provide for a short procedure so that the handling of complaints does not take too long.
The Committee has the necessary knowledge of procedures but is also substantively at home in the field of sustainability and certification.
